PRAYER FOR HEALING OF OUR NATION

The following prayer is adapted from 24-7 Prayer Asia’s Weekly Prayer Guide.

 

Recovering a “spirit of excellence”. Uproot the spirit of apathy and mediocrity which is decaying the education system and diminishing the productivity of the nation, and bring back excellence, meritocracy and prosperity.

 

PRAYER:

Thank you, Lord, for the Nation of Malaysia and the many diverse people groups You have brought to our land. Now, O Lord, as You revive the church, may You also revive the spirit of every people group in our land. We seek for a spirit of excellence to come upon every race, tongue and tribe (name the different ethnic groups) starting from every home, educational institution and place of work. We pray that every race will rise to their prophetic destiny and in so doing the nation of Malaysia will prosper. In Jesus’ Name we pray, AMEN.
