PRAYER FOR NEXT GENERATION

Heavenly Father, we bring before you our Next Generation.

We ask that You pour out Your Spirit on them. May they see dreams, visions and prophesy.

Teach them Your ways, that the fear of the Lord will not depart from them and their every step will be directed and illuminated by Your Word.

We declare that it is time! Rise up, sons and daughters, to walk in the prophetic destinies that our Heavenly Father has called you into.

Rise up and not be ashamed of the Gospel! Let the power of the gospel sweep through this nation through this generation. We call forth a great Jesus movement in this land.

We charge the Next Generation to be a generation that would contend for the cultural changes that would reflect the heavenlies.

We declare that the Next Generation will know the love of God in such a way that they will break through religious and racial barriers, reject territoriality, spiritual pride and selfish ambition, so that the unity Jesus prayed for will be seen.

Quench the spirit of rebellion and turn the hearts of the Next Generation back to you.

  • We declare freedom from rebellion, freedom from sexual addiction, freedom from drugs and the occult.
  • We declare a great spiritual jail break for the Next Generation.
  • We declare that healing and deliverance shall break out over the nation and the shalom of heaven will fill our Next Generation.
  • We speak against the spirit of loneliness, self-rejection, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.
  • We declare the strength and courage that You have given to Joshua when possessing the Promise Land to be upon the Next Generation, and we declare they will possess the spiritual inheritance that has been promised for generations.

Heavenly Father, raise up anointed ones that will lead the way for justice, economic transformation and ministry.

We call forth lawyers, judges, policy makers, politicians and many more

  • that will fight for the plight of the beaten and the downtrodden.
  • that will defend the poor and care for the widowed.

We call forth rainmakers from this generation. We call forth the professionals, business people, trades people and more

  • to bring resources into Your kingdom.
  • to build the nations according to Your decree.

We call forth pastors, evangelists and missionaries filled with the power of the Holy Spirit

  • that they will perform miracles, heal the sick and raise people from the dead.
  • that they will proclaim Your Word in truth and love.
  • that they will proclaim Your gospel to every people group on the earth.

We declare that You are pouring out Your Father’s heart and You will raise up spiritual fathers and mothers from this generation that will begin to lead and pave the way for the following generations.

Let this generation join with the past generations and the coming generations, with the cry for the Bridegroom that says, “Come, Lord Jesus, Come!”
