FOCUS 1.  PRAISE FOCUS 

Magnifying and Hallowing God’s Name over Malaysia

Sovereignty of God

  • God the Creator of the universe (Gen.1:1, Heb. 11:3)
  • El-Shaddai (the All-mighty, All-sufficient One; Satisfier – Gen.17:1)
  • The Lord of the whole world (Psalm 24:1)
  • The Lamb in the centre of the throne (Rev.7:17) 

Salvation of God

  • John 3:16-17, Romans 8
  • Christ the Power and Wisdom of God (1 Cor.1:24) 
  • The Lamb that was slain (Rev.5:12)
  • Jesus Christ the Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6)

Compassion of God

  • Compassionate and merciful God (Ex.34:6) 
  • Yahweh-Jireh (God shall provide; Provider – Gen.22:14)
  • Yahweh-Ropheka (the Lord who heals you – Ex.15:26)
  • Yahweh-Shalom (the Lord is peace – Judges 6:23-24)
  • Source of all steadfastness, love and encouragement (Lam 3:22-23)
  • Christ the hope of glory (Col.1:27)

Spirit of God

  • the Spirit of wisdom, insight, counsel and strength, knowledge and fear of the Lord (Isa.11:2) 
  • Grace and supplication, holiness, love, truth, power, self-control, wisdom and revelation of the knowledge of Him, perseverance, godliness (Eph. 1:17-19, 2 Pet. 1:5-7)

FOCUS 2.  REPENTANCE FOCUS 

  1. Seeking God’s glory through Repentance
  2. Is there any known unconfessed sin in my life? (Ps 139: 23-24, Ps.32:3-5)
  3. Do I have unforgiveness and bitterness in my life? (Mt.18:21-22; Prov.14:10, Heb. 12:14-15)
  4. Are there any doubts about God in my life? (Job 23:10-11, James 1:6-8)
  5. Am I obeying the Holy Spirit promptly in all things? (1 Pet.1:2, Eph 4:30-32)
  6. Am I confessing Jesus unashamedly? (Luk.9:23-27)
  • For The Body of Christ in Malaysia
  • Spirit of repentance and the fear of the Lord will sweep across the churches throughout the nation, that we would recognize our sin and openly confess how we have grieved God.
  • That we would be moved to fall upon God’s love, grace and mercy for our sin to “be wiped away” (Acts 3:19).
  • That God with His love will draw near to His people, revealing His presence, bringing “times of refreshing” (Acts 3:19) like rain on every dry and parch ground, renewing and restoring our first love.
  • For Our Nation
  • The church would be the first to turn “from their wicked ways” (Acts 3:26) in deep repentance so that massive movements of repentance would sweep through whole communities to bring spiritual awakening.
  • All demonic strongholds will be broken, our nation and people groups released from the grip of the enemy, aligning our nation to the fullness of “His Kingdom Come and Will be Done” in the political and social arena for transformation.
  • For Christ to encounter millions of people with His forgiving love, so that they turn from their sin to the joy of following Him as Lord and Saviour.
