Earthquake Prayer Alert
Besides praying for the ongoing situation in Myanmar, Thailand and the surrounding regions, we also call on all watchmen to be alert to pray for our own nation.
The sudden strong earthquake at Myanmar which also affected Thailand, hundreds of miles away, on 28 March 2025 has caused news media to highlight that Malaysia is not completely immune to the risk of earthquakes and Malaysians are urged to stay vigilance.
The Putra Heights Inferno shocked the nation on 1 April 2025.
Several places in Malaysia have natural gas pipelines. Imagine if an earthquake occurs and these pipelines are burst; it is sufficient ground for the people called by God’s Name to rise up to stand in the gap for Malaysia and to pray according to 2 Chron 7:14.
- The priests and the leaders must repent and consecrate themselves unto the LORD first, and lead the people to do so (2 Chron 29).
- Back in 2010, Ap. Julius Suubi already warned the Malaysian Church that the veil of protection over Malaysia is slowly giving way over this land. Everyone must repent and build prayer altars unto the LORD: Personal, Family, Church & National.
- As Passover of 5785/2025 is fast approaching (evening of 12th April 2025), let us be intentional to remove the yeast (sin) from our hearts and our homes and call upon Jesus, the Son of God, our Passover Lamb, to forgive our sins and to heal our land (2 Chron 7:14; 1 Cor 5:7-8).
Oh Lord, we Your people arise according to 2 Chronicles 7:14 to bring all repentance and intercession necessary for Malaysia. We repent for prayers that major on our own comfort, but neglect Your burden for our cousins and the lost in this nation. We want to know Your heart and do Your will. Help us humble ourselves, pray and seek Your face, turn from our wicked ways that You may hear from heaven, forgive our sins and heal our land, O Lord. *
